Editions are numbered x.y.z where x is the major edition (first, second, etc.), y is a significant revision, and z is a minor revision (fixing typos, etc.)
So a change from 1.1.3 to 1.2.1 indicates significant content changes (since y changes from 1 to 2) but a change from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 indicates only minor fixes such as typos (since only z changes).
The latest revision is always the one shown at the top of the home page of this site. Ordering the Kindle or print version from any of the below sources should get you the latest version, since it is printed on demand.
